My Little Thumbsucker
Mina is a thumb-sucker. A lot of Moms get panicked when they see their infant starting to suck their thumb. Nearly all experts agree that thumb-sucking doesn't cause jaw malformation or do damage to the thumb if they stop before age 5, which a great percentage of kids do. They stop on their own. Personally, Mina is 5 months (where did the time go?) and I'm proud she can self-soothe. I won't try to discourage her unless she gets near the 5 year stage.

the oldies say that kids who thumbsuck are good kids.
that's so cute tin. louna tried it too, but didn't continue.. she prefered to suck her petit lapin which she calls Tetite now.
Mina is sooo cute at ang laki na niya! Yeah, you're right not to worry. Besides, if you make a big thing out of it now, that might only confuse Mina who surely will not be able to understand why she's not supposed to.

come to think of it, better that she sucks her thumb, it natural, rather then giving her a "tsupon" or a pacifier, diba? :)
wowwww cutie little baby, tin. well, for me, my babies didn't suck their thumb. i introduced them to pacifier and they outgrow them 1 year after. :)
for some moms, they don't like thier baby to thumbsuck, sometoo does not want their babies to be given the pacifier. so i think, iba iba ang mga mommies.
